摘　　要：在简介石油库发展概况与绿色建设现状的基础上,指出了环境和资源挑战对其带来的压力及可持续发展对石油库发展的重要性,从能源管理与优化、环境保护与治理、资源循环利用以及安全管理与风险控制等方面提出了石油库绿色建设策略,给石油库绿色发展带来借鉴。Based on the introduction of the development overview of oil depots and the current situation of green construction,the pressure brought by the environmental and resource challenges and the importance of sustainable development to the development of oil depots is pointed out,and the green construction strategy of oil depots are put forward from the aspects of energy management and optimization,environmental protection and governance,resource recycling,as well as safety management and risk control,so as to give lessons to green development of oil depots.
