摘  要:Extensive genome profiling studies have identified thousands of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)associated with human cancer.LncRNAs are emerging elements through which the complex process of cancer development and progression can be understood.Thus,it is crucial to include an examination of lncRNAs when studying human cancer,especially when researching the clinical challenges of relapse and recurrence following targeted therapy[1].
