摘　　要：法规标准的建立和完善对推动档案产业规范化、科学化发展具有重要意义。本文梳理我国档案产业法规标准建设现状,从多角度分析法规标准的主要特点及现存问题,针对性提出推进法规标准建设的策略。建议从行业顶层设计出发,着眼产业整体性;优化地方性法规标准体系,完善行政规范依据;针对产业内部具体环节,适应产业发展特征;加大法规标准宣贯力度,推动执行落地。Establishment and improvement of regulatory standards are of great significance in promoting the standardized and scientific development of the archival industry.This paper combs through the current situation of the construction of regulatory standards in China's archival industry,analyzes the main characteristics and existing problems of the regulatory standards from multiple perspectives,and puts forward targeted strategies for promoting the construction of regulatory standards.It is suggested to start from the top-level design of the industry,focus on the integrity of the industry;optimize the local regulatory standard system,and improve the basis of administrative norms;target specific links within the industry,adapt to the characteristics of industrial development;increase the publicity and implementation of regulatory standards,and promote the implementation.
