摘　　要：档案价值是负载于档案的一种社会关系,需要用发展、历史的观点评估其价值,从而保证每件档案的“生存权”和价值发挥的可能。N元社会关系视角下的档案价值认知方法旨在尽可能集合同一时点下不同社会关系主体的价值认知判定,通过“漏斗式”档案价值判定模型实现档案的“多层过滤”,最大程度保留档案数量,最大范围激发社会主体活力,最大限度强化档案社会功能。这一过程中,要秉持以“我”为主、以“广”为基、以“数”为媒、以“用”为本的理念,全面刻绘社会记忆,全域共建档案生态,全景呈现社会形态。The value of archives is a social relationship carried by archives,which needs to be evaluated from a developmental and historical perspective to ensure the "right to survival" and potential value of each archive.The method of recognizing the value of archives from the perspective of N-element social relationships aims to gather the value cognition judgments of different social relationship subjects at the same time as much as possible.Through the "funnel" archive value judgment model,the "multi-layer filtering" of archives is achieved,the maximum number of archives is retained,the vitality of social subjects is maximally stimulated,and the social function of archives is maximally strengthened.In this process,we must adhere to the concept of "self centeredness","breadth" as the basis,"quantity" as the medium,and "use" as the foundation,comprehensively depict social memory,jointly build an archive ecosystem across the entire region,and present a panoramic view of social forms.
