摘 要:通过广泛调研和梳理国内外相关研究,分析城镇雨水系统碳排放来源,厘清雨水排水系统碳排放核算边界与方法,明确雨水排水系统全生命周期碳排放特征,识别影响雨水排水系统碳排放的关键要素,指出未来城镇雨水排水系统碳排放的研究与应用应围绕完善雨水排水系统的碳排放边界与核算体系、从全生命周期的角度系统解析雨水排水系统碳排放特征、健全绿色低碳可持续雨水排水系统规划、建设和运维的理论及技术体系等几方面展开。研究结果不仅能为雨水排水系统碳减排策略和措施的制定提供依据,对雨水排水行业绿色低碳化转型也具有重要的理论和现实意义。This paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the current state of knowledge on carbon emissions from rainwater drainage systems.It identifies the key sources of carbon emissions from rainwater drainage systems and the characteristics of carbon emissions throughout the entire life cycle.Furthermore,it elucidates the critical factors influencing the Carbon emissions from rainwater drainage systems.It is recommended that future research should be centred on improving the carbon emission boundary and accounting system of stormwater drainage systems,on carrying out a systematic analysis of the carbon emission characteristics of stormwater drainage systems from the perspective of the whole life cycle,and on developing a theoretical and technological system for the planning,construction and operation and maintenance of green,low-carbon and sustainable stormwater drainage systems.The findings of the study not only offer a foundation for theformulation of carbon reduction strategies and measures for stormwater drainage systems,but alsopossess significant theoretical and practical implications for the green and low-carbon transformation of the stormwater drainage industry.
