摘 要:在“双碳”背景下,城市污水系统面临污水处理量增长、碳排放量增加等多重挑战,摸清碳排放水平与制定针对性碳减排策略是推动行业可持续发展的重要内容。构建了深圳市污水系统碳排放核算框架,分析排放结构及影响因素,结果表明:水质净化厂是最主要的碳排放设施,外购电力使用是最主要的碳排放源。水质净化厂的碳排放量与处理水量、进水水质呈显著正相关,碳排放强度受运行条件、处理工艺等多要素综合影响。基于碳排放核算结果,污水系统需着力推进开发使用清洁能源、提升用电效率,减少外购电力使用导致的排放;从优化运营、处理工艺选择等方面,控制厌氧环境下CH_(4)和N_(2)O的排放;同时发挥污水污泥中的资源能源潜力优势推进减污降碳协同。In the context of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”,urban sewage systems need to cope with multiple challenges such as increasing sewage treatment volumes,higher treatment standards,and rising carbon emissions.Therefore,understanding carbon emission levels and developing targeted carbon reduction strategies are essential for promoting the sustainable development of the sewage industry.This study establishes a carbon emission accounting framework for the sewage system in Shenzhen,analyzing the structure and influencing factors of carbon emissions.The results indicate that the most significant carbon emitting facility is the water purification plant,and purchased electricity use is the most significant source of carbon emissions.Additionally,carbon emissions from water purification plant are significantly positively correlated with treated water volume and influent water quality.And the intensity of these emissions is influenced by a combination of factors,including operating conditions and treatment processes.Based on the results of carbon emission accounting,the sewage system needs to focus on promoting the development and use of clean energy,improving the efficiency of electricity consumption,reducing the emissions caused by the use of purchased electricity,and controlling the emissions of CH_(4) and N_(2)O in the anaerobic environment from the optimisation of operation and the selection of treatmentprocesses.Furthermore,sewage can synergize the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions bytaking advantage of the resources and energy in sewage and sludge.
