基于InfoWorks ICM模型的四平市老旧小区海绵化改造方案解析

摘  要:为提升居民生活环境并解决老旧小区内涝积水问题,以四平市凯盛家园小区海绵改造工程为例,通过基于InfoWorks ICM模型的模拟,选择最优工程设计方案,并跟踪评估改造效果。项目采用了四平市2023年7月10日和7月14日的降雨事件,对模型进行了调整与校准。结果显示,经海绵改造后,1年一遇及3年一遇降雨条件下均无内涝风险;5年一遇和10年一遇均为低风险;20年一遇中风险由2.86%下降到0.2%,无高风险;50年一遇中风险由1.67%下降到0.33%,高风险面积占比由2.56%下降到0.2%。内涝积水的暴雨重现期从改造前的不足1年一遇提高至50年一遇。In order to improve the living environment of residents and solve the problem of waterlogging in the old community,this study took the sponge reconstruction project of Kaisheng Homeland Community in Siping City as an example.Based on the simulation of InfoWorks_ICM model,the optimal engineering design scheme was selected,and the reconstruction effect was followed up and evaluated.The project adopts the rainfall events of Siping City on July 10,2023and July 14,2023to adjust and rate the model.The results showed that there was no risk of waterlogging in 1-year rainfall and 3-year rainfall after sponge modification.Both 5-year and 10-year events are low risk;The 20-year risk decreased from 2.86%to 0.2%,with no high risk.In a 50-year event,the risk decreased from 1.67%to 0.33%,and the proportion of high-risk area decreased from 2.56%to 0.2%.The rainstorm recurrence period of waterlogged water increased from less than once a year before the renovation to once in 50years.
