摘　　要：海产交易建筑依托区域临海水域而建,发挥海上物流优势。华南地区临珠江建设海产交易建筑,综合海上物流、临江建筑、海产交易、商业办公等多功能于一体建筑,国内缺乏相关给排水规范指导设计。项目给排水设计过程中在海产商铺用水与废水处理量定额标准、海产铺分体循环水系统、海产交易建筑供水系统、海产废水处理系统和相关材料选型方面进行综合调研、对比分析,确定适合本项目特点的参数及水系统工艺并运用于工程实践。根据项目室内高盐分环境及室外物流交通特点,给排水设备材料相匹配。同时,岩土专业和给排水专业紧密配合,采取载水减浮措施降低抗浮设计水位,给排水专业设置相应的水系统并统筹载水减浮出水与非传统水源,既节省工程造价又可减少传统水源用水量以节约用水。Seafood trading buildings built on the regional coastal waters,give full play to the advantages of maritime logistics.Next to the pearl river built trade seafood building in South China,integrated marine logistics,riverside building,seafood trading,commercial office and other multi-functional buildings,there is a lack of relevant water supply and drainage codes to guide the design in China.In the process of water supply and drainage design of the project,comprehensive investigation and comparative analysis are carried out in the following aspects:Quota standards for water and wastewater treatment of seafood shops,split circulating water system for seafood shop,Seafood trading building water supply system,seafood wastewater treatment system and selection of relevant materials,determine the parameters and water system processes suitable for the characteristics of the project and apply them to engineering practice.According to the indoor high salt environment of the project and the characteristics of outdoor logistics and transportation,the water supply and drainage equipment materials are matched.At the same time,the geotechnical profession and the water supply and drainage profession work closely together,take measures to reduce the floating of water carrying and reduce the design water level of anti-floating,the water supply and drainage department sets up corresponding water systems and coordinates water carrying and floating,and non-traditional water sources,saves the project cost and reduces the water consumption of traditional water sources to save water.
