超长海底隧道工程消防灭火系统设计探讨——以深中通道为例

摘  要:以深中通道海底隧道工程为例,通过调研相关规范标准、研究文献和工程实例,对超长海底隧道消防灭火系统的选择与系统的细节方案设计进行研究与探讨。结果表明,超长海底隧道消防灭火系统推荐设置消火栓系统、灭火器和泡沫—水喷雾联用灭火系统;根据消防管道系统压力可设置多个独立消防泵房形成相互连通的消防环网系统;行车道较宽时推荐采用“双侧侧喷+中间顶喷”的三排喷头布置方案,且消防时同时启动相邻3个灭火分区;消防启动方式应考虑对行车安全及人员疏散的影响;消防联动系统设计应与隧道运营安全保障与应急救援整体体系框架相结合。Take the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link undersea tunnel project as an example,the selection of fire extinguishing system and the detailed scheme design of the system for overlength undersea tunnel were studied and discussed by investigating relevant codes and standards as well as research literatures and project cases.The results show that the overlength undersea tunnel should be equipped with fire hydrants,fire extinguishers,and the foam-water spray combined fire extinguishing system.Several independent fire-fighting pump station could be set up to form an interconnected circular fire pipeline system based on the system pressure.When the traffic lane is relatively wide,the three-row sprinkler layout scheme of“double side spray+middle top spray”can be adopted,and the three fire extinguishing zones should operate at the same time.The fire extinguishing activation mode should not affect the traffic safety emergency evacuation.The design of fire linkage system should be combined with the overall system framework of tunnel operation safety guarantee and emergency rescue system.
