摘 要:在我国物流仓储业务不断扩张的背景下,立体仓库的大型化必然将成为未来发展的一种趋势,但在国内大型封闭空间运用高倍数泡沫灭火系统极少。本文结合建造立体库项目的工程实例,浅谈高倍数泡沫灭火系统的设计体会。详细回顾设计之初,以规范为依据,通过辩证不同类型灭火系统的优势性和局限性,参考国外案例分析认为:储存油类物品的立体仓库十分适合采用全淹没高倍数泡沫灭火系统。并深入介绍了该项目中系统的具体计算和组成等相关设计思路,同时提出了该系统存在消防设施数量多、系统组件选型难等问题,对此类项目的消防设计提供了借鉴参考。In the context of the continuous expansion of logistics and warehousing business in China,the large-scale development of three-dimensional warehouses will inevitably become a trend in the future.However,there are few cases of using high-expansion foam fire extinguishing systems in large enclosed spaces in China.This article combines the engineering example of building a three-dimensional warehouse project to discuss the design experience of high-expansion foam fire extinguishing system.A detailed review of the design at the beginning,based on the specifications,through the analysis of the advantages and limitations of different types of fire extinguishing systems,and with reference to foreign case studies,it is believed that the use of total flooding highexpansion foam fire extinguishing systems is highly suitable for the storage of oil products in threedimensional warehouses.It also introduced the specific calculation and composition of the system in the project,and proposed the problems of the system,such as the large number of fire-fighting facilities and the difficulty in selecting system components.It provided a reference for fire-fighting design in similar projects.
