摘 要:结合压力管道受力特点,采用相关理论分析了修复后纤维增强塑料内衬软管和原管道的承压特性,并根据具体实例研究了不同条件下内衬软管和原管道的内压分担情况。研究表明,压力内衬软管与原管道紧密贴合时,内衬管道分担内压荷载能力与内衬材料的弹性模量和壁厚正相关。计算实例中的内压大于0.5 MPa后,纤维增强塑料内衬软管与原管道接触,二者共同承担内部压力。随着压力上升,内衬软管承压比例近似以乘幂函数曲线形式下降。采用纤维增强塑料软管进行半结构性修复时,应根据原管道的剩余承载能力,将内衬软管设计为独立承压型和共同承压型,设计使用年限应小于原管道的剩余使用寿命。Combined with the stress characteristics of the pressure pipe,the pressure-bearing characteristics of the repaired fiber reinforced plastic lined hose and the host pipe were analyzed using relevant theories,and the internal pressure sharing between the lined hose and the host pipe under different conditions was studied according to specific cases.The study shows that when the pressure lined hose is closely fitted to the host pipe,the ability of the lined pipe to share the internal pressure load is positively related to the elastic modulus and wall thickness of the lining material.After the internal pressure in the calculation example is greater than 0.5MPa,the fiber reinforced plastic lined hose and the host pipe contact,the two share the internal pressure.As the pressure rises,the proportion of the lined hose bearing pressure decreases approximately in the form of a multiplicative power function curve.When using fiber reinforced plastic hose for semistructural repair,the liner hose should be designed as independent pressure-bearing type and common pressure-bearing type according to the remaining bearing capacity of the host pipe,and the design service life should be less than the remaining service life of the host pipe.This study provides a new reference for the refined rehabilitation design of fiber reinforced plastic lined hoses.
