摘  要:目的分析郑州市免疫规划信息系统优化策略,评价其优化效果。方法以郑州市免疫规划信息系统优化升级并入河南省免疫规划信息系统为实例,运用定性(专家评价法)和定量评价相结合的方法评估系统优化效果。其中,定量评价包括预防接种单位满意度调查和数据质量评价。数据质量评价指标包括预防接种重复档案率、主动迁出率、实名接种率、同一疫苗剂次重复率和超剂次接种率,满意度调查对象为郑州市常规预防接种门诊、产科接种点和狂犬病暴露预防处置门诊共474家。结果郑州市免疫规划信息系统执行优化策略,系统优化后数据完整、准确、安全。与优化前相比,接种单位对优化后数据的完整性、准确性、一致性的满意度均超过90.00%。优化后重复档案率、主动迁出率、同一疫苗剂次重复率和超剂次接种率分别为0.08/万、3.32%、0.02/万、0.18%,低于系统优化前的20.09/万、5.28%、0.52/万、0.49%;优化后实名接种率为98.77%,高于优化前的60.63%。结论郑州市免疫规划信息系统优化是一次成功实践,建议积极推动全国各级免疫规划信息系统优化互通,提高免疫服务水平。Objective To assess the optimization strategies implemented in Zhengzhou's immunization program information system and to evaluate their impacts on system effectiveness.Methods The study focuses on the integration and optimization efforts of Zhengzhou's immunization program information system with that of Henan Province.A hybrid methodology combining qualitative expert evaluations and quantitative assessments was employed.The quantitative assessments encompassed a satisfaction survey of vaccination units and a comprehensive data quality evaluation,which included metrics such as duplicate vaccination record,active relocation rates,real-name vaccination rates,same vaccine dose repetition rates,and over-dose vaccination rates.The survey was conducted across 474 routine vaccination clinics,obstetric vaccination sites,and rabies exposure prevention and treatment clinics in Zhengzhou City.Results The implementation of the optimization strategies led to significant improvements in the Zhengzhou's immunization program information system.Post-optimization evaluations indicated that the data was more complete,accurate,and secure.Vaccination units reported a satisfaction rate exceeding 90.00%regarding the integrity,accuracy,and consistency of the data.The optimization efforts resulted in a marked decrease in duplicate records(0.08/10000),active migration-out(3.32%),dose duplication(0.02/10000),and over-dosage vaccination rates(0.18%),comparing to pre-optimization figures of 20.09/10000,5.28%,0.52/10000,and 0.49%,respectively.Additionally,the real-name vaccination rate increased to 98.77%from the previous 60.63%.Conclusions The optimization of Zhengzhou's immunization program information system has proven to be a successful initiative.It is recommended that similar optimization and interconnectivity efforts be encouraged nationwide to enhance the overall quality of immunization services.
