摘　　要：随着经济和社会的发展,我国免疫规划工作已步入新的发展阶段,机遇与挑战共存。开封市作为豫东一个经济欠发达的地区,辖区各县(区)疾病预防控制中心及预防接种单位普遍存在专业人员不足、硬件配置相对落后、人员专业技能及服务水平不高等问题,严重制约了免疫规划工作的开展。围绕解决关键问题,打通堵点和消除障碍,2018年起,开封市发起了一系列免疫规划项目管理工作,包括“疫苗冷链规范化管理年”“免疫规划精细化管理年”“预防接种岗位练兵知识竞赛”“预防接种服务质量提升年”等,起到了建章立制、统一工作标准和提升基层服务能力的作用,并改进了预防接种单位软硬件配置等,有力促进了开封市免疫规划工作高质量发展。With the development of the economy and society,the immunization program in China has entered a new stage of development,where opportunities and challenges coexist.Kaifeng,a city in eastern Henan with an economically underdeveloped area,has common problems including insufficient professional personnel,relatively backward hardware configuration,and low professional skills and service levels in disease prevention and control centers and vaccination institutions in all counties(districts)under its jurisdiction,which seriously restricts the development of immunization planning work.In order to address key issues,unblock bottlenecks,and eliminate obstacles,Kaifeng has launched a series of immunization planning project management initiatives including"Year of Standardized Vaccine Cold Chain Management","Year of Precisive Immunization Planning Management","Vaccination Practice Drill and Knowledge Contest"and"Year of Enhancing Quality of Vaccination Services"since 2018.These efforts have played a role in establishing rules and regulations,standardizing work procedures,and improving the service capacity of grassroots institutions.They have also improved the hardware and software configuration of vaccination institutions,thereby effectively promoting the high-quality development of immunization planning work in Kaifeng.
