摘　　要：探讨应用流程方法提高免疫规划工作的效率和服务质量,旨在提高疫苗接种率,促进免疫规划工作高质量发展。自2005年起河南省濮阳市将该方法的核心概念应用于免疫规划工作,用于分析免疫工作现状,并制定有针对性地策略。主要措施包括设定目标,提高疫苗接种率和疫苗接种质量(目标,aim);建立行政部门和疾病预防控制部门之间的合作(路径,path);建立规范化预防接种门诊(阵地,position);注重人员培训和发展(人员,personnel);实施“千分制”进度考核模式(评价,assessment)。在实施流程方法后,濮阳市免疫规划工作效率显著提升,疫苗接种率持续保持在90%以上,连续7年实现消除麻疹目标,全市疫苗预防疾病降低至历史最低水平。该方法是提高免疫规划质量的有效策略,通过解决免疫过程中的关键问题,规范实践和不断的策略完善,显著提高了免疫规划工作的效率和质量。This study explores the application and optimization of the Process method to enhance the efficiency and service quality of immunization planning work,aiming to increase the vaccination rates and foster high-quality development in this filed.The core concepts of the Process method were applied to planning work in Puyanag City,Henan Province since 2005.The method was used to analyzes the current state of immunization efforts and to develop targeted strategies.Key measures included:setting objectives to increase vaccination rate and quality of vaccination(aim);establishing a collaboration between the administrative and the disease control departments(path);establishing standardized vaccination clinics(position);focusing on personnel ctraining and development(personnel);and the implementing a“1000-point system”assessment mode for evaluating progress(assessment).Following the implementation of the Process method,there was a marked improvement in the efficiency of immunization planning.Vaccination rates consistently exceeding 90%,measles elimination targets were achieved for seven consecutive years,and vaccine-preventable diseases reached to historically low levels.The Process method proves to be an effective strategy for advancing the quality of immunization planning.By addressing the key issues in the immunization process,standardizing practices,and continuously refining strategies,the method significantly enhances both the efficiency and quality of immunization planning work.
