摘  要:Stanford type A aortic dissection(STAAD/AD)is a degenerative aortic remodeling disease with an extremely high mortality rate and poor prognosis[1,2].Dissections can be classified into acute(<14 d),subacute(15–90 d),and chronic(>90 d)stages depending on the time interval between the onset of initial symptoms and presentations[3].Patients who survive the acute phase progress to subacute and ultimately chronic stages[4,5].
