摘  要:Glass is one of the most significant synthetic materials in human history.During the early Iron Age,the Mediterranean became famous for natron soda-lime glass(m-Na-Ca)with low levels of magnesium and potassium.In contrast,Mesopotamia gained renown for plant ash soda-lime glass(v-Na-Ca).South and Southeast Asia were celebrated for mineral soda-alumina glass(m-Na-Al)and mineral potash glass,whereas China was wellknown for its expertise in crafting lead-barium glass and mineral potash glass.
