摘 要:AI技术的深入应用已显著提升作物育种效率和决策准确性。文中以梨为研究对象,系统探讨了AI技术在作物智慧育种中的研究思路。由于梨的自交不亲和性及复杂的数量性状遗传等特点,其育种过程面临周期长、效率低等难题。然而,高通量测序技术的发展为快速获取基因数据提供了可能,AI技术的兴起为表型数据的快速获取和上述数据的深入分析带来了新的契机。文中剖析了梨的基因数据和表型数据的组成和获取方式,并探讨了AI技术在提高基因测序精准度、辅助基因组组装、新基因挖掘,以及表型数据的精准获取和深度分析方面的应用潜力。基于此,提出了AI视角下梨基因组学和表型组学联合分析思路,旨在助力优良性状基因精准定位,基因与表型深层次关系的阐释,从而为梨等作物的智慧育种工作提供理论支撑。The deep application of AI technology has significantly improved crop breeding efficiency and decisionmaking accuracy.The article takes pear as the research object and systematically explores the research ideas of AI technology in crop intelligent breeding.Due to the self incompatibility and complex quantitative trait inheritance of pears,their breeding process faces challenges such as long cycles and low efficiency.However,the development of high-throughput sequencing technology has provided the possibility for rapid acquisition of genetic data,and the rise of AI technology has brought new opportunities for rapid acquisition of phenotype data and in-depth analysis of the aforementioned data.The article analyzes the composition and acquisition methods of genetic and phenotypic data of pears,and explores the potential application of AI technology in improving the accuracy of gene sequencing,assisting genome assembly,discovering new genes,and precise acquisition and deep analysis of phenotypic data.Based on this,a joint analysis approach of pear genomics and phenomics from the perspective of AI is proposed,aiming to assist in the precise localization of excellent trait genes,elucidate the deep relationship between genes and phenotypes,and provide theoretical support for intelligent breeding of pear and other crops.
