摘  要:采用聚苯乙烯(PS)微球形成的胶体晶体为模板,以预制备水分散性的晶态纳米TiO_(2)为钛源,以Al(NO_(3))_(3)·9H_(2)O为铝源,通过浸渍-离心法将前驱物溶胶充填于PS模板微球缝隙,固化后经焙烧,制备了超大孔Al_(2)O_(3)和TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)。结果表明:所合成的超大孔Al_(2)O_(3)呈球形,孔径在(700±10)nm范围并在三维方向上呈长程有序排列;所制备大孔TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合体仍具有三维有序的大孔排列,孔径在(840±10)nm,孔窗尺寸约为200 nm,Ti在样品中的质量百分数为29.19%,广角XRD出现TiO_(2)的特征衍射峰。Using polystyrene(PS)colloidal crystals as templates,an aqueous sol containing preformed water-dispersible crystalline TiO_(2)nanoparticles and Al(NO_(3))_(3)·9H_(2)O was used to fill interstices of colloidal crystals of PS microspheres by a soak-centrifugation method,solidifying,subsequently calcination and finally create macro-porous Al_(2)O_(3)and TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3).The results show that the pure macro-porous Al_(2)O_(3)obtained exhibits a long-range hexagonal ordered array of spherical macropores in 3D directions with a pore size of about(700±10)nm.Also,the macro-porous TiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3)obtained displays 3D ordered array of spherical pores with a pore size of about(840±10)nm and a pore window of about 200 nm.Ti loading content in the product is about 29.19%.Wide-angle XRD shows the characteristic diffraction peaks of TiO_(2).
