摘 要:随着我国汽、柴油实行国Ⅵ标准,燃料油中重芳烃含量受到了严格限制,同时混合二甲苯作为重要基础化工原料日渐受到市场重视,而重芳烃轻质化是获取混合二甲苯的主要手段之一,因此加紧建设重芳烃轻质化装置是大势所趋。重芳烃轻质化装置具有工艺流程复杂、能源消耗大的特点,开展节能降耗研究工作迫在眉睫。从工艺节能、过程节能、设备节能、管理节能等四大方面对重芳烃轻质化装置进行了节能研究,可为今后重芳烃轻质化技术的改进提供参考,并且有助于重芳烃轻质化技术进一步的推广应用。With the implementation of the national VI standards for gasoline and diesel in China,the content of heavy aromatics in fuel oil is strictly limited.As an important basic chemical raw material,mixed xylene is receiving increasing attention from the market.The lightening of heavy aromatics is one of the main approaches to obtain mixed xylene.Therefore,it is a trend to accelerate the construction of heavy aromatics lightening unit.Heavy aromatics lightening unit is characterized by a complex technological process and high energy consumption.Thus,it is urgent to conduct research on energy conservation and consumption reduction.In this paper,the energy conservation of heavy aromatics lightening unit is studied from four aspects,such as process energy conservation,equipment energy conservation,and management energy conservation.This can provide a reference for the improvement of heavy aromatics lightening technology in the future and contribute to the further popularization and application of this technology.
