摘　　要：随着海洋工程向深水发展,半潜式平台作为重要的结构形式之一,在海洋油气开发中扮演着举足轻重的角色。密闭舱室作为半潜式平台的重要组成部分,其涂装工艺直接关系到平台的耐腐蚀性能和使用寿命。针对半潜式平台密闭舱室的特点,对密闭舱室涂装工艺进行研究,总结提炼了涂装前的准备工作、表面处理、涂装操作、质量控制、涂装后处理等建造关键工艺,旨在为半潜式平台密闭舱室的涂装提供理论指导和实践参考。With the development of offshore engineering to deep water,semi-submersible platform,as one of the important structural forms,plays an important role in offshore oil and gas development.As an important part of semi-submersible platform,the coating process of cabin is directly related to the corrosion resistance and service life of the platform.According to the characteristics of the cabin of semi-submersible platform,the coating process of cabin is studied,and the key construction processes such as preparation before painting,surface treatment,painting operation,quality control and post-painting are summarized,aiming at providing theoretical guidance and practical reference for cabin coating of semi-submersible platform.
