摘 要:玻璃棉,一种从熔融玻璃中提取并经过先进工艺处理得到的特殊纤维材料,以其优良的保温隔热性能、卓越的吸音效果和稳定的化学性质而得到广泛应用。但是,玻璃棉存在吸湿性强、强度较差和回弹率低等问题,严重限制了该材料在高端领域的深入应用。玻璃棉的生产包括多种技术,如蒸汽或压缩空气垂直喷吹法、火焰喷吹技术、微旋风法以及离心喷吹技术。对这些技术的研究进展进行了系统全面的概述,详细阐述了玻璃棉生产过程中的关键技术工艺流程,并对其发展历程进行了概括性分析。本文特别强调了火焰喷吹法和离心喷吹法这两种关键技术在玻璃棉生产中的应用及其重要性。Glass wool is a kind of special fiber material extracted from molten glass and processed through advanced techniques.It is widely used owing to its excellent thermal insulation performance,outstanding sound absorption effect and stable chemical properties.However,glass wool also possesses disadvantages such as strong moisture absorption,poor strength and low rebound rate,which seriously restrain its deep application in the high-level fields.The production of glass wool includes various technologies,such as steam or compressed air vertical spraying,flame spraying,micro cyclone and centrifugal spraying.This article gives an overall and systematic overview of the research progress of these technologies,elaborating on the key technological processes involved in the production of glass wool,and providing a general analysis of their development history.Special emphasis was placed on the application and importance of two key technologies,flame spraying and centrifugal spraying,in the production of glass wool.
