摘　　要：人类获得性免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)是引起艾滋病蔓延的病原体,根据HIV侵染人体的过程,目前治疗艾滋病的药物主要分为核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂,非核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂,蛋白酶抑制剂,整合酶抑制剂,融合抑制剂和CCR5受体抑制剂。主要针对其中整合酶抑制剂的相关药品上市及专利情况进行讨论,以期为制药化工企业提供相关信息。Human immunodeficiency virus are the pathogens that causes the spread of AIDs.According to the process of HIV infection in human,the current drugs for AIDS are mainly divided into nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors,non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors,protease inhibitors,integrase inhibitors,fusion inhibitors and CCR5 receptor inhibitors.This paper mainly discusses the marketing and patent status of integrase inhibitors.
