摘 要:建立一种利用全自动流动注射分析仪测定土壤中挥发酚的分析方法,并验证了本方法在分析中检出限、精密度和准确度的适用性。试验结果表明,本方法线性回归方程相关系数为0.9999。挥发酚的质量浓度在0~50.0μg/L范围内具有良好线性。当土壤取样量为20 g,浸提体积为300 mL时,土壤中挥发酚的检出限为0.03 mg/kg。方法的相对标准偏差为0.50%~1.2%,测定的标准物质均在参考范围内。与传统的挥发酚测定方法进行对照,结果显示两种方法间无显著性差异。该方法简单高效,准确稳定,满足实验室大批量测试土壤挥发酚的需求。Establish an analytical method for determining volatile phenols in soil using a fully automated flow injection analyzer,and verify the applicability of this method in terms of detection limit,precision,and accuracy in analysis.The experimental results show that the correlation coefficient of the linear regression equation of this method is 0.9999.The mass concentration of volatile phenols exhibits good linearity within the range of 0~50.0μg/L.When the soil sampling amount is 20 g and the extraction volume is 300 mL,the detection limit of volatile phenols in the soil is 0.03 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation of the method is 0.50%to 1.2%.The measured standard substances are within the reference range.Compared with traditional methods for determining volatile phenols,the results showed no significant difference between the two methods.This method is simple,efficient,accurate,and stable,meeting the needs of large-scale testing of soil volatile phenols in the laboratory.
