氮吹法与蒸馏法测定水质硫化物方法比对

摘  要:为了验证水质硫化物2022年新方法的测定效果,使用此方法分别测定了高浓度和低浓度样品的检出限,并分别使用蒸馏法和氮吹法测定高浓度和低浓度样品以验证新方法的精密度和正确度。结果表明:使用此方法得到高浓度和低浓度样品检出限分别为0.009 mg/L和0.003 mg/L;对于高浓度样品,氮吹法和蒸馏法测得的精密度和正确度结果相差不大,且均能满足标准要求;对于低浓度样品,蒸馏法测得的精密度和正确度均优于氮吹法。文章最后还分析了使用蒸馏法和氮吹法测定水质硫化物结果出现偏差的原因以及将吸收液由乙酸锌-乙酸钠溶液改为氢氧化钠溶液的原因。In order to verify the effect of the new method which renewed in 2022 for the determination of sulfide in water quality,the new method was used to determine the detection limits of high concentration and low concentration samples.At the same time,distillation method and nitrogen blowing method were used to verify the precision and accuracy of high concentration and low concentration samples.The results showed that,the detection limits of high concentration and low concentration samples were 0.009 mg/L and 0.003 mg/L;for high concentration samples,the precision and accuracy of nitrogen blowing method and distillation method were almost the same,and both could meet the standard requirements;for low concentration samples,the precision and accuracy of distillation method are better than that of nitrogen blowing method.At the end of the article,the reasons for the deviation of the results of the determination of sulfide in water quality by distillation and nitrogen blowing method and the reasons for the change of absorption solution from zinc acetate to sodium hydroxide solution are also analyzed.
