摘 要:针对页岩钻井过程井壁失稳的问题,通过地层微观结构特征分析,室内优选出复合膜封堵剂HFP,评价数据表明,复合膜封堵剂HPF对体系的流变性影响较小,2%加量下体系滤失量明显降低,HTHP滤纸、滤膜滤失量分别降低了31.2%和20.4%,且膜效率提高了17.8%,体现出较好的封堵纳微米孔缝的能力,能延缓压力传递,有助于增强井壁稳定性。现场应用结果显示,与邻井相比,使用复合膜封堵剂HFP后钻井液体系流动性好,返出钻屑均匀无掉块,井壁稳定,无井下复杂情况,平均机械钻速大幅提高,促进了钻井综合时效的提升。In response to the problem of wellbore instability during shale drilling,a composite membrane plugging agent HFP was selected through analysis of the microstructure characteristics of the formation.Evaluation data showed that the composite membrane plugging agent HPF had little effect on the rheological properties of the system,and a 2%addition significantly reduced the filtration loss of the system.The filtration loss of HTHP filter paper and filter membrane decreased by 31.2%and 20.4%respectively,and the membrane efficiency increased by 17.8%,demonstrating good ability to block nano and micro pores and fractures,delaying pressure transmission and helping to enhance wellbore stability.The on-site application results show that compared with neighboring wells,the use of composite membrane plugging agent HFP results in better fluidity of the drilling fluid system,uniform return of drilling cuttings without falling blocks,stable wellbore,no complex downhole situations,significantly improved average mechanical drilling speed,and promoted the improvement of comprehensive drilling efficiency.
