摘 要:探讨了纯氧燃烧技术在电子级玻璃纤维生产中的应用及其节能降碳效果。通过广东某玻璃纤维制造公司的案例分析,从“重油+空气”燃烧方式改造为“天然气+纯氧”燃烧方式后,燃辅料成本和能耗显著降低,单位产品能耗的大幅度减少。纯氧燃烧技术的应用不仅能有效降低生产成本和能耗,还能提升产品质量,减少环境污染,为电子玻璃纤维行业的可持续发展提供了坚实的技术基础。This article mainly discuss the application of pure oxygen combustion technology in the production of electronic grade glass fibers and its energy-saving and carbon reduction effects.Through the case analysis of a glass fiber manufacturing company in Guangdong,it was found that after the transformation from"heavy oil+air"combustion to"natural gas+pure oxygen"combustion,the cost and energy consumption of fuel materials were significantly reduced,and the energy consumption per unit product was greatly reduced.The application of pure oxygen combustion technology can not only effectively reduce production costs and energy consumption,but also improve product quality,reduce environmental pollution,and provide a solid technical foundation for the sustainable development of the electronic glass fiber industry.
