摘　　要：引用福建某电厂脱硫废水污泥危险特性鉴别实例,通过对电厂生产工艺、原辅料、烟气处理工艺、脱硫废水处理工艺等分析,结合初筛样品检测结果及正式样品检测结果,给出脱硫废水污泥固体废物属性判断,并对“全国危险废物鉴别信息公开服务平台”公示的脱硫废水污泥危险特性鉴别报告进行汇总分析,旨在为燃煤电厂及生态环境部门进行脱硫废水污泥环境管理提供技术依据。This article refers to a power plant in Fujian Province,a case study on the identification of hazardous characteristics of desulphurization wastewater sludge,based on the analysis of the production process,raw materials,flue gas treatment process,desulphurization wastewater treatment process,combined with the test results of the preliminary screening samples and official samples,this paper gives the judgement of the attributes of the solid waste of the desulphurization wastewater sludge,and summarizes and analyzes the report of the hazardous characteristic of the desulphurization wastewater sludge published by the“National Hazardous Waste Identification Information public Service platform”,the purpose is to provide technical basis for environmental management of desulphurization wastewater and sludge in coal-fired power plant and ecological environment department.
