摘 要:产城融合作为推进新型城镇化发展的主导思路,在我国城市规划和建设进程中扮演了重要角色,但经过长久发展,目前我国产城融合达到何种水平,其是否会显著影响城市生产率,还缺乏理论阐释和实证研究。本文基于2008-2021年我国285个地级及以上城市的面板数据,构建了产城融合评价指标体系,在此基础上讨论了产城融合水平与城市生产率之间的关系。研究发现:(1)2008-2021年,我国城市产城融合水平不断提升,并实现了从低度耦合到中度耦合的跨越,整体呈现华东>中南>华北>西南>西北>东北的梯次递减特征;(2)实证结果显示,产城融合发展能够显著提高城市生产率,这一结论在经过多种稳健性检验后依然成立,并且其主要通过经济集聚和土地集约利用两个渠道促进了城市生产率的提升;(3)进一步异质性分析表明,城区人口50~100万规模的中型城市和100~500万的大型城市、人均建设用地面积相对较少、政策连续性越强的城市在产城融合发展模式中受益更多,此外高行政级别城市未能有效发挥产城融合对城市生产率的促进作用。本研究有助于理解产城融合模式对中国城市发展的影响,也为下一步推进城市现代化建设提供了一定的经验启示。To promote the development of“new urbanization”,the integration of industry and city has played an important role in the process of urban planning and construction in China.However,after a long period of development,the level that the integration of industry and city has reached is not known.Another question is whether such integration significantly affects a city's productivity.Based on panel data on 285 prefecture-level cities in China from 2008 to 2021,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of industry-city integration,which serves as the basis of discussing the relationship between the level of industry-city integration and urban productivity.The first finding is that,from 2008 to 2021,the level of urban-pro-ducer integration in China's cities has been increasing and has realized the leap from low cou-pling to medium coupling,with a gradient of decreasing characteristics of East China>South Central China>North China>Southwest China>Northwest China>Northeast China.Sec-ond,the empirical results show that urban-producer integration and development can signifi-cantly increase the productivity of cities.This conclusion holds after various robustness tests.Integration promotes urban productivity through main two channels:economic agglomeration and intensive land use.Third,further heterogeneity analysis shows that medium-sized cities with urban population of 500000-1000000 and large cities of 1000-5000000,cities with relatively less per capita building land area,and cities with stronger continuity of policies,benefit more from the integration of industry and urban development,while cities at a high lev-el in the administrative hierarchy fail to leverage the role of industry-city integration in promo-ting urban productivity.This study helps explain the impact of the integration model on China's urban development,and provides theoretical and empirical insights for the next step in promoting the modernization of urban construction.
