摘　　要：当前世界百年未有之大变局背景下,突破关键核心技术已成为大国博弈的焦点。将数字化转型定义为一般性通用数字技术,将核心技术定义为列入国家关键核心技术目录且是企业主营领域的专业技术。采用2007-2022年中国A股上市公司样本及专利分类与引证数据,实证分析了数字化转型对于制造业核心技术突破赋能作用以及对市场一体化的影响。研究发现,企业数字化转型的深入与核心技术突破在数量和质量上的同步提升,且赋能效应在成长、成熟期企业以及高新技术行业中更为突出。数字化转型主要通过增加创新风险管控能力、融资纾困和协同研发机制促进了企业核心技术突破。进一步的调节效应分析表明,在市场一体化程度高的地区,企业数字化转型赋能核心技术突破效果更为突出。本文研究结论为深入推进新质生产力与全国统一大市场建设有机结合,加快实现高水平科技自立自强提供了参考和依据。Breakthroughsin key core technologies have become the focus of competition among major powers.This paper employs a sample of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2022,along with patent classification and citation data,to conduct an empirical analysis of the role of digital transformation in empowering the innovation of key core technologies in do-mestic manufacturing.The findings reveal that digital transformation can significantly enhance core technology breakthrough capabilities,aiding enterprises in achieving both quantitative and qualitative improvements in their key core technologies.The empowering effect is more pro-nounced in enterprises at the growth and maturity stages,as well as in high-tech industries.The mechanism analysis indicates that digital transformation promotes the improvement of core technology breakthrough capabilities mainly by enhancing the ability to manage innovation risks,alleviating financing difficulties,and facilitating collaborative research.Further analysis of moderating effects shows that,in regions with a high degree of market integration,the digital transformation of enterprises is more capable of empowering key core technology breakthroughs to improve quality and increase quantity.Advancing the construction of a unified national market can promote the flow and optimal allocation of innovative elements,such as information,capital,and human resources,on a larger scale.This is important for fully unleashing the innovative effects of digitalization.The conclusions of this study provide insights for the implementation of the“Digital China”strategy and its organic integration with the construction of a unified national market,accelerating the realization of self-reliance in science and technology.
