摘　　要：本文通过对高等院校乡村振兴人才“订单式”培养计划的实施背景、发展现状、具体举措和典型案例的分析,结合长春工程学院乡村振兴人才“订单式”培养计划的具体做法,探索高等院校服务乡村振兴“订单式”培养的发展路径,为高等教育服务乡村振兴工作提供借鉴和参考。长春工程学院实施人才“订单式”培养计划,为服务吉林乡村振兴培养高素质人才、推动吉林全面振兴取得新突破、谱写中国式现代化吉林新篇章贡献了自己的力量。By analyzing the implementation background,development status,specific measures and typical cases of the"order-type"training program for rural revitalization talent in colleges and universities,and combining with the specific practices of the""order-type"training program for rural revitalization talent in Changchun Institute of Technology,this paper explores the development path of"order-type"training for rural revitalization talent in colleges and universities.To provide reference for higher education to serve rural revitalization work,Changchun Institute of Technology has implemented the"order-type"training program for talent,which has contributed its own strength to the cultivation of high-quality talents for the rural revitalization of Jilin,the promotion of new breakthroughs in the overall revitalization of Jilin,and the writing of a new chapter of Jilin of Chinese path to modernization.
