摘　　要：运动员退役安置,既关涉国家形象,又关涉我国体育事业发展质量。回顾我国运动员退役安置情况可知,我国进行了多维尝试,其中以体制保障背景下的组织安置、市场经济背景下的自主择业、体教融合背景下的就学安置为主要表现。虽然种种退役安置尝试在一定程度上保障和支持了运动员退役后的职业转型和发展,然而从过往我国运动员退役安置的整体成效来看,还面临许多现实问题。面对现实问题,完善运动员退役安置政策,既是组织管理部门具有责任感、使命感的体现,也是我国体育事业发展具有能动调适力的体现。基于中国社会情境和多主体影响力,文章提出了完善退役运动员安置政策体系、顺应时代按需安置、整合多主体以打破运动员退役安置壁垒三条发展路径。Retirement placement of athletes,it involves the national image,but also the development of sports in our country.Looking back on the situation of retirement placement of athletes in China,we can see that China has made multidimensional attempts,including organizational placement under the background of institutional security,independent career selection under the background of market economy,and enter university to study under the background of integration of sports and education.Although various retirement placement attempts have guaranteed and supported the career transformation and development of athletes after retirement to a certain extent,however,from the overall effect of the retirement placement of athletes in China in the past,there are still many practical problems.In the face of various practical problems,improving the athletes retirement placement policy is not only the embodiment of the sense of responsibility and mission of the organization and management department,but also the embodiment of the dynamic adaptability of the development of sports in our country.Based on the Chinese social situation and the influence of multi-agent,this paper puts forward a path to improve the athlete retirement placement policy by taking root in the local system,adapting to the times and integrating the main body to break the barriers.
