摘　　要：以混联式动车组传动系统用传动箱为研究对象,根据传动箱中齿轮和轴承润滑与冷却的要求,以及仿真分析计算的结果,详细介绍了传动箱润滑系统的设计,并通过样机研制和台架试验,验证了该设计的可行性和合理性。该设计方法适用于多种传动箱润滑系统设计。Taking the transmission box of hybrid MUs as the research object,the paper introduces the design of the transmission box lubrication system in detail based on the requirements for lubrication and cooling of gears and bearings in the transmission box,as well as the results of simulation analysis and calculation.The feasibility and rationality of the design were verified through prototype development and bench testing.This design method is applicable to the design of lubrication systems for various transmission boxes.
