摘　　要：目的探讨Q开关Nd:YAG激光、谷胱甘肽和氢醌乳膏联合治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法124例黄褐斑患者随机分为四组,每组31例,分别采用Q开关Nd:YAG激光(A组)、Q开关Nd:YAG激光+谷胱甘肽(B组)、Q开关Nd:YAG激光+氢醌乳膏(C组)和Q开关Nd:YAG激光+谷胱甘肽和氢醌乳膏(D组)治疗,连续治疗5个月。治疗结束后1个月,分析肉眼疗效、皮损积分和患者满意度。结果D组治疗显效率高于A、B和C组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后1个月,四组皮损积分均低于治疗前,且D组下降更明显(P<0.05)。B、C、D组患者满意度高于A组,D组患者满意度高于C组(P<0.05)。结论Q开关Nd:YAG激光、谷胱甘肽和氢醌乳膏联合治疗黄褐斑有较好的疗效,能够改善皮损,提高患者满意度。Objectivee To investigate the efficacy of combined use of Q-switched Nd:YAG laser,glutathione and hydroquinone in the treatment of melasma.Methods A total of 124 patients with melasma were divided into four groups with 31 cases each.Group A was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser,group B was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and glutathione,group C was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and hydroquinone,and group D was treated with Q-switched Nd:YAG laser,glutathione and hydroquinone for 5 months.One month after treatment,the gross efficacy,lesion score and satisfaction of the patients were analyzed.Results The efficiency was higher in group D than that in groups of A,B and C(P<0.05).The lesion score one month after treatment was lower than that before in four groups,which was more obvious in group D(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients was higher in groups of B,C and D than that in group A,which was higher in group D than that in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Q-switched Nd:YAG laser,glutathione and hydroquinone in the treatment of melasma have better efficacy,which can improve skin lesions and satisfaction of patients.
