摘　　要：目的基于共识会议法及Delphi法对《妊娠期糖尿病非药物管理患者指南》推荐意见的内容、推荐方向和强度达成共识。方法2022年11月通过目的抽样法遴选15名临床专家和2名循证方法学专家,采用共识会议法就患者指南中推荐意见的内容进行讨论,采用Delphi法对推荐强度进行独立投票。结果根据专家讨论结果,对32条推荐意见增加实施要点,对18条推荐意见进行修改,对4条推荐意见进行整合,删除1条临床适用性差的推荐意见,最终形成33条推荐意见;通过2轮Delphi专家咨询,24条推荐意见为强推荐,10条推荐意见为弱推荐,1条未标注推荐强度。结论共识会议法及Delphi法为推荐意见的内容和强度达成共识提供了决策支持,最终形成的推荐意见具有良好的科学性和可操作性,可为妊娠期糖尿病非药物管理提供科学依据。Objective To reach a consensus on the content,recommended direction,and strength of recommendations of the Patient Version of Guideline in Non-Pharmacological Management for Gestational Diabetes Mellitus based on the consensus conference method and Delphi method.Methods A total of 15 clinical experts and 2 evidence-based methodological experts were selected by purposive sampling method on November,2022,and the content of the recommendations in the patient version of guidelines was discussed using the consensus conference method,and the strength of the recommendations was independently voted on using Delphi method.Results According to the experts'discussion,32 recommendations were added to the implementation points,18 recommendations were modified,4 recommendations were integrated,and 1 recommendation with poor clinical applicability was deleted,resulting in 33 recommendations.Through 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation,24 recommendations were strong recommendations,10 recommendations were weak recommendations,and 1 recommendation was not labeled as strength of recommendation.Conclusion The consensus conference method in conjunction with the Delphi method provides decision support for reaching consensus on the content and strength of recommendations,and the final recommendations are scientifically sound and actionable,which can provide a scientific basis for the non-pharmacological management of gestational diabetes mellitus.
