基于超声清洗的焦痂渗透剥离装置的设计与应用

摘  要:目的探讨基于超声清洗的焦痂渗透剥离装置在能量型器械碳化清除中的应用及其效果分析。方法将2022年10月—2023年3月,收取电外科手术使用的能量型器械66套,根据器械的回收顺序分为对照组和观察组,各264件。对照组采用常规超声清洗机清洗,具体流程为:流动水冲洗→软化剂浸泡→按照厂家说明书的手工清洗流程(冲洗→灌注→浸泡→刷洗→冲洗→再灌注→超声清洗10 min→漂洗→终末漂洗→消毒→干燥)。观察组将超声清洗10 min的操作步骤更换为使用具有智能识别扫频的焦痂渗透剥离装置清洗10 min,其余与对照组相同。使用目测、蛋白残留测试和ATP生物荧光测试观察2组的清洗质量,并统计2组清洗后的能量型器械的返锈率、器械完好率和碳化焦痂清除率。结果目测、ATP生物荧光检测和蛋白测试结果显示,观察组的清洗合格率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的返锈率1.89%低于对照组的7.58%、器械完好率98.11%高于对照组的94.70%,碳化焦痂清除率98.48%高于对照组的89.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于超声清洗的焦痂渗透剥离装置设计智能、清洗质量高、操作方便,值得应用及推广。Objective To explore the application and effect analysis of the scab penetration and peeling device based on ultrasonic cleaning in the carbonization removal of energy type instruments.Methods From October 2022 to March 2023,66 sets of energy-based instruments used in electrosurgical procedures were collected and divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the order of equipment recycling,with 264 pieces in each group.The control group underwent cleaning using a conventional ultrasonic cleaning machine,following the specific process:Rinsing with running water→soaking in softener→manual cleaning according to the manufacturer's instructions(rinsing→infusion→soaking→brushing→rinsing→reperfusion→ultrasonic cleaning for 10 minutes→rinsing→final rinsing→disinfection→drying).In the experimental group,the step of ultrasonic cleaning for 10 minutes was replaced with a scab permeation peeling device equipped with intelligent recognition scanning frequency,for a cleaning duration of 10 minutes,and all other cleaning procedures remained identical to those of the control group.The cleaning quality of 2 groups was observed using visual inspection,protein residue testing,and ATP bioluminescence testing.Additionally,the rust return rate,instrument integrity rate,and carbide scab removal rate of the energy-based instruments after cleaning were calculated for 2 groups.Results The results of visual inspection,ATP biofluorescence detection,and protein testing showed that the cleaning qualification rate of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The rust return rate of the experimental group was 1.89%and lower than 7.58%of the control group,the instrument integrity rate was 98.11%and higher than 94.70%of the control group,the carbonization scab removal rate was 98.48%and higher than 89.77%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The scab penetration and peeling device based on ultrasonic cleaning is desig
