高校辅导员队伍高质量发展的五维审视--基于职业守则内化视角

摘　　要：高校辅导员是大学生思政教育和日常管理的重要力量,职业守则内化对于提升辅导员队伍素质、推动高校辅导员队伍高质量发展具有重要意义。高校辅导员职业守则“爱国守法、敬业爱生、育人为本、终身学习、为人师表”,分别从“政治、价值、文化、能力、实践”的五维视角明确了高校辅导员的内化动力和行为范式。深入研究这五维与职业守则的内在关系和外在联系,做好辅导员职业守则内化的源头性工作,对于有效推动高校辅导员队伍的高质量发展至关重要。College counselors play a vital role in the ideological and political education and daily management of college students.The internalization of their professional ethics is of great significance for enhancing the quality of college counselor teams and promoting their high quality development.The professional ethics of college counselors,encapsulated in“patriotism and law abiding,dedication to and love for students,prioritizing education,lifelong learning and serving as a role model”,explicitly define the internalization motivation and behavioral norms of college counselors from the five dimensions of“politics,value,culture,competence and practice”.An in depth exploration of the intrinsic and extrinsic relationships between these five dimensions and the professional ethics can effectively address the foundational aspects of counselor professional ethics internalization,thereby fostering the high quality development of college counselor teams.
