高层次人才的思想引领和政治吸纳--基于红色基因传承视角

摘　　要：高层次人才是高校师资队伍的重要组成部分,是国家发展和社会进步的关键力量。从价值意义层面阐释对高层次人才的思想引领,是让育人者先受教育,是兴教强师的体现;进而言之,将高层次人才置于政治吸纳范畴,是对他们的嘉许和信任,是时代赋予的使命。立足长远考虑,高层次人才传承红色基因,要融入实践考察、结合科研和贴近生活,才能为推进强国建设和民族复兴筑牢基础。High level talents constitute a crucial component of faculty in colleges and universities,and serve as a pivotal force for national development and social progress.Interpreting the ideological guidance for high level talents from the perspective of value and significance signifies that educators should first receive education,reflecting the revitalization of education and the empowerment of teachers.Furthermore,incorporating high level talents into the realm of political incorporation signifies recognition and trust,as well as a mission entrusted by the times.Considering long term objectives,high level talents should inherit the red gene by integrating practical inspections,aligning with scientific research and maintaining relevance to daily life,thereby laying a solid foundation for advancing national strength and rejuvenation.
