摘　　要：浙江省龙游县拥有丰富多元的红色文化资源,创新利用这些红色文化资源,有利于推动龙游县经济社会的高质量发展。基于此,文章系统梳理了龙游县红色文化资源的基本状貌,并从人文新龙游建设、乡村振兴、青年发展型城市建设、现代公共文化服务体系完善以及学校教育等五大领域切入,在理性阐释红色文化与五大领域内在关系的基础上,逐次提出行之有效的赋能举措,以此构建红色文化资源赋能龙游县高质量发展的基本方案。Longyou County in Zhejiang Province,possesses a diverse array of red cultural resources.Innovatively leveraging these resources can significantly contribute to advancing the high quality development of economic society in Longyou County.This article systematically examines the fundamental characteristics of Longyou County’s red cultural resources and delves into five key areas:construction of a new humanistic Longyou,rural revitalization,development of a youth oriented city,enhancement of a modern public cultural service system and school education.By rationally elucidating the intrinsic connections between red culture and the five areas,the article sequentially proposes effective empowerment measures to establish a comprehensive framework of empowering high quality development in Longyou County through red cultural resources.
