基于夙根伏痰理论探讨儿童病毒诱发哮喘的中医三级防治

摘　　要：探讨夙根伏痰理论在儿童病毒诱发哮喘三级防治中的应用。从伏痰的成因、哮喘夙根的发展等角度出发,立足于病毒诱发哮喘的中西医发病机制,将中医治未病理念贯穿于病毒诱发哮喘的三级防治的始终,探讨其一、二、三级防治的具体应用。一级防治是指在病毒感染引起首次喘息时,通过及时清除病邪、调理体质和扶正气等方式,消除高危因素,以防止哮喘的形成,达到未病先防的目的。二级防治是在哮喘确诊后进行早期治疗,以达到既病防变、防微杜渐的目的。三级防治是针对哮喘缓解期进行的防复措施,以防止病情复发。基于夙根伏痰理论并应用治未病思想对儿童病毒诱发哮喘进行分期、分级防治,截断哮喘伏痰结成、清除夙根可以减少或防止哮喘的发生发展,为病毒诱发哮喘防治提供思路和方法。The study explores the application of the root phlegm theory in the three-tiered prevention and treatment of root phlegm for virus-induced asthma in children.It examines the causes of hidden phlegm and the development of asthma's root factors,based on the pathogenesis of virus-induced asthma from both Chinese medicine and Western medicine perspectives.The concept of preventative treatment in Chinese medicine is integrated throughout the three tiers of prevention and treatment for virus-induced asthma.The specific applications of the three tires have been discussed.The first tier involves preventive measures when the first wheezing occurs due to viral infection,timely eliminating high-risk factors to achieve revention before illness.The second tier focuses on early diagnosis and treatment of asthma to achieve preventing progression of existing disease and preventing the disease from getting worse.The third tier addresses prevention of recurrence during the remission phase of asthma.By establishing a phased and graded approach based on the root phlegm theory and the concept of preventative treatment,this study aims to interrupt the formation of asthma's root phlegm and eliminate its underlying factors,thereby reducing or preventing the onset and progression of asthma,and providing new insights and methods for the prevention and management of virus-induced asthma.
