培育发展物流新质生产力有效降低全社会物流成本

摘　　要：当前,党中央、国务院提出有效降低全社会物流成本。需要强调的是,降低物流成本绝不是单纯降低物流价格,而是通过延伸服务、创新模式,推动物流提质增效来降成本。发展物流新质生产力,以技术创新驱动管理创新、模式创新、制度创新,推动物流发展方式从价格竞争向价值竞争转变,释放物流降本增效新路径。Currently,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council propose to effectively reduce the logistics costs of the whole society.It should be emphasized that reducing logistics costs is not simply about lowering logistics prices,but about reducing costs through extending services,innovating models,etc.We should develop new quality productive forces in logistics,drive management innovation,model innovation,and institutional innovation with technological innovation,promote the transformation of logistics development mode from price competition to value competition,and release new paths for reducing cost and increasing efficiency in logistics industry.
