数字电商多维赋能城乡融合发展影响因素研究——基于大别山革命老区实证分析

摘　　要：为探究数字电商产业发展水平、基础支撑水平、政府关注程度对城乡融合发展水平的影响、空间效应,以大别山革命老区为例,通过合理选取县域(区县市)数字电商产业发展维度、基础支撑维度、政府关注维度以及城乡融合发展维度的测度指标,并结合空间计量方法开展相关研究,得出:①从空间自相关角度来看,华东地区的安徽省数字电商产业发展水平要高于华中地区的河南省和湖北省;在基础支撑维度,河南省数字化供应链指数较高,湖北省信息基础设施指数较高,安徽省数字金融基础设施指数较高,东中部地区协同发展水平有待加强。②从空间杜宾模型实证角度来看,大别山革命老区的城乡融合发展水平受数字化供应链指数和数字金融基础设施指数的显著影响,其他指标对城镇和农村的影响不同。③从县域特征分类汇总角度来看,区域协调发展水平尚有差距,须明确区域协调发展发力方向。最后,结合研究结果分析提出区域高质量发展相关建议。To explore the impact and spatial effects of the industry development level,basic support level,government attention degree of the digital e-commerce,and urban-rural integration level,taking the Dabie Mountains revolutionary old area as an example,reasonable measurement indicators were selected for the industry development dimension,basic support dimension,government attention dimension of the digital e-commerce,and urban-rural integration dimension in counties(districts,counties,and cities).Combined with spatial econometric methods,the following research was conducted:①From the perspective of spatial autocorrelation analysis,the industry development level of the digital e-commerce in Anhui province which belong to eastern China,is higher than that in Henan province and Hubei province which belong to central China;In terms of basic support,the digital supply chain index of Henan province is higher,the information infrastructure index of Hubei province is higher,and the digital financial infrastructure index of Anhui province is higher,and the coordinated development level of eastern and central regions needs to be strengthened.②In terms of spatial Dubin model empirical,the urban-rural integration development in old areas is significantly influenced by digital supply chain index and digital financial infrastructure index.Other indicators affect urban and rural areas differently.③From the perspective of classification and summary of county-level characteristics,there is still a gap in regional coordinated development level,and it is necessary to clarify the direction of regional coordinated development.Based on research result,propose relevant suggestions for high-quality regional development.
