摘　　要：现代流通体系建设是全国统一大市场建设的基础依托和关键,是构建新发展格局的必然要求和实现社会主义现代化的重中之重。本文从加快促进全国统一的市场流通体系建设、助力推进现代流通业与相关产业的融合创新、赢得全球产业链分工体系下的竞争新优势三方面对现代流通体系建设的重大意义进行了较为系统的阐述。基于新发展格局视角,提出现代流通体系建设在发展现代流通市场、构建现代流通网络、培育现代流通企业和提升流通现代化水平四个方面的实践要求,研究成果可以为建设现代流通体系和满足人民美好生活需要提供有效参考。The construction modern circulation system is the foundation and key element of the construction of a unified national market,the inevitable requirement for building a new development paradigm and the top priority for realising socialist modernisation.This paper gives a more systematic explanation of the significance of the construction of modern circulation system from the aspects of accelerating the promotion of the national unified market circulation system,helping to promote the integration and innovation of modern circulation and related industries,and striving for the new competitive advantages under the global industrial chain division of labour system.Based on the new perspective of the new development paradigm,it puts forward four practical requirements for the construction of a modern circulation system on the new journey,namely,developing a modern circulation market,building a modern circulation network,fostering modern circulation enterprises and upgrading the modern level of circulation modernisation,and the this paper results could provide effective support and solid guarantee for the construction of a modernised economic system and the satisfaction of people's needs for a better life.
