摘　　要：目的分析过敏原特异性抗体IgE(sIgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)在过敏性疾病中的表达。方法选取2023年5月~2024年5月在浙江省人民医院就诊的过敏性疾病患者110(疾病组),并根据患者IgE结果分为IgE阴性组和IgE阳性组,各55例;选取同期体检健康无过敏症状者40例(健康组)。采用蛋白芯片法检测sIgE水平,采用RT-qPCR检测ECP mRNA水平。结果疾病组吸入性sIgE以户尘螨、粉尘螨阳性率较高,与健康组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。疾病组ECP mRNA水平高于健康组(P<0.05);疾病组sIgE阳性组ECP mRNA水平高于sIgE阴性组(P<0.05)。在相关性研究中,ECP mRNA水平与sIgE含量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论ECP mRNA是过敏性疾病病情变化的重要指标,结合sIgE检测,明确引起过敏性疾病的过敏原有助于过敏性疾病的临床治疗。Objective To analyze the expression of allergen specific antibodies IgE(sIgE)and eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)in allergic diseases.Method 110 patients with allergic diseases who visited Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the disease group,and were divided into IgE negative group and IgE positive group based on their IgE results,with 55 cases in each group;Select 40 healthy individuals without allergy symptoms during the same period of physical examination(healthy group).The protein chip method was used to detect sIgE levels,and RT qPCR was used to detect ECP mRNA levels.Result The disease group had a higher positive rate of inhaled sIgE in household dust mites and dust mites,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the healthy group(P<0.01).The ECP mRNA level in the disease group was higher than that in the healthy group(P<0.05);The ECP mRNA level in the sIgE positive group of the disease group was higher than that in the sIgE negative group(P<0.05).In correlation studies,ECP mRNA levels were positively correlated with sIgE content(P<0.01).Conclusion ECP mRNA is an important indicator of changes in the severity of allergic diseases.Combining sIgE detection to identify allergens that cause allergic diseases can help with clinical treatment of allergic diseases.
