摘　　要：阿片类镇痛药是治疗癌症疼痛的金标准。然而,长时间、大剂量使用后,会产生阿片类药物诱导的便秘,影响患者的生存质量。本文介绍了癌痛治疗中阿片类药物诱发便秘治疗的新概念,阐明了其发病机制和治疗策略,供大家探究。Opioid analgesics are the gold standard for treating cancer pain.However,opioid-induced constipation after a long time and large dose of opioids usage seriously affects the quality of life in the patients.This article introduces a new concept of opioid-induced constipation,and clarifies the pathogenesis and treatment strategy for the future exploration.
