银质针疗法治疗软组织疼痛的荟萃分析

摘　　要：目的:基于荟萃分析,评价银质针疗法治疗软组织疼痛的疗效。方法:以"silver needle和soft tissue pain、银质针和软组织疼痛"为检索词,分别检索PubMed、Scopus、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普数据库中2000年1月1日至2023年6月31日的文献,研究设计类型均为随机对照试验。使用Revman 5.4软件进行质量评价,得到的数据采用Stata 17.0软件分析。结果:共纳入14项相关的随机对照试验,1075例患者,所有研究质量均为中上等。荟萃分析显示整体上银质针疗法在缓解软组织疼痛患者疼痛方面优于其他方法[SMD=-1.32,95%CI(-1.79,-0.85),P<0.001],亚组分析和回归分析表明治疗部位、持续时间和对照组均不是异质性的来源,Egger's检验和漏斗图显示无明显发表偏倚。结论:银质针疗法可有效地缓解软组织疼痛,且作用持久。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of silver needle therapy for treating soft tissue pain based on a Meta-analysis.Methods The literature were searched from January 1,2000,to June 31,2023,in PubMed,Scopus,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases by the Chinese or English search terms"silver needle"and"soft tissue pain".These studies were all randomized controlled trials.Their quality was assessed by Revman 5.4 software,and the data obtained were analyzed by Stata 17.0 software.Results A total of 14 relevant randomized controlled trials were included,with 1075 patients,and the quality of all studies was rated as moderate to high.The Meta-analysis showed that,silver needle therapy was superior to other treatment methods in alleviating pain for patients with soft tissue pain[SMD=-1.32,95%CI(-1.79,-0.85),P<0.001],subgroup analysis and regression analysis indicated that the treatment area,duration,and control group were not the main sources of heterogeneity.The Egger's test and funnel plot indicated no significant publication bias.Conclusion Silver needle therapy can effectively relieve soft tissue pain and has a lasting effect.
