摘  要:数字乳腺三维断层摄影(Digital breast tomosynthesis,DBT)技术提高了乳腺癌诊断的准确性、灵敏性。乳腺癌的分子分型对患者实行个体化、精准化治疗及预后起到关键作用,因此探索乳腺癌DBT影像特征与乳腺癌各种亚型之间的内在联系具有重要的临床意义。本文结合近年来国内外文献,对乳腺癌DBT影像学特征与分子分型相关性研究进行综述。文献复习结果表明,DBT影像特征可以作为乳腺癌潜在的生物标志特性,通过DBT影像特征可初步预测及判断乳腺癌的分子亚型,为临床提供一定的帮助,为患者个体化、精准化治疗提供一定的影像依据。The technology of digital breast tomosynthesis(DBT)has improved the accuracy and sensitivity of breast cancer diagnosis,and the molecular typing of breast cancer plays a key role in the implementation of individualized and precise treatment and prognosis of patients.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to explore the inter-relationship between DBT imaging features of breast cancer and various subtypes of breast cancer.This article reviews the correlation between DBT imaging features and molecular subtypes of breast cancer based on domestic and foreign literature in recent years.The results show that DBT imaging features can be used as potential intrinsic biomarkers of breast cancer.Therefore,DBT imaging features can be used to preliminarily predict and judge the molecular subtypes of breast cancer,which can provide certain help for clinical practice and provide certain imaging basis for individualized and precise treatment of patients.
