摘　　要：设计了一种适用于采掘工作面的机载甲烷断电主机,介绍了其工作原理及整机软硬件设计方案,对相关功能进行了井下应用验证。现场应用表明,该设备具有CH4超限断电、浓度恢复自动解锁、设备故障手动解锁、状态实时上传等功能,可确保采掘工作面瓦斯异常情况下采掘机械及时断电。A mounted methane power-off host suitable for mining face was designed,introduced its working principle and software and hardware design scheme of the whole machine,and verified the related functions in underground application.Field application shows that the equipment has the functions of CH4 over-limit power-off,automatic unlocking of concentration recovery,manual unlocking of equipment failure,real-time uploading of status and so on,which can ensure the timely power-off of mining machinery in case of abnormal gas in mining face.
