摘  要:为研究限流结构对气液卷吸涤尘器捕集体演化动力学的影响机制,通过实验采集无限流结构、不同限流结构安装高度和倾斜角度时的气相压力波动信号,利用经验模态分解(EMD)和信息熵相结合方法解析了涤尘器气液两相多尺度非线性动力学特性。结果表明:无限流结构约束时,气相压力信号EMD熵值随着气流速度的增大呈现出先增大后减小的趋势;限流结构安装高度较低或倾斜角度较小时,EMD熵值随着气流速度的增大均呈现出W形分布;且气流速度大小相近时,在一定范围内,限流结构倾斜角度和安装高度越小,EMD熵值越低,不同尺度捕集体分布差异性越大。To study the impact mechanism of restrictor structure on the dynamic evolution of collection in gas-liquid entrainment scrubber,experimental data on gas phase pressure fluctuations were collected under conditions with no restrictor structure and various restrictor structure installation heights and tilt angles.The empirical mode decomposition(EMD)and information entropy combined method were employed to analyze the multiscale nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the gas-liquid two-phase flow in the scrubber.Results indicate that under the constraint of no restrictor structure,the EMD entropy of gas phase pressure signals initially increases and then decreases with increasing airflow velocity.When restrictor structure installation heights are lower or tilt angles are smaller,the EMD entropy exhibits a W-shaped distribution with increasing airflow velocity.Furthermore,for similar airflow velocities,within a specified range,lower tilt angles and installation heights of the restrictor structure correspond to lower EMD entropy values,indicating greater variability in the distribution of collections across different scales.
