摘  要:矿用清车机多为双泵或多泵系统,当工况改变时,多泵系统很难实现复合协调控制,清车机自动化程度低,这将降低清车机工作效率,甚至影响整机正常运行。为解决上述问题,提出了基于负载独立流量分配系统(LUDV)的矿用清车机液压系统,采用单泵为清车机给进和回转系统提供动力,减轻了整机质量,并采用LUDV实现清车机流量分配。研究结果表明:基于LUDV的矿用清车机液压系统可实现给进系统和回转系统的同步协调控制。该研究为矿用清车机液压系统设计提供了新方向,为LUDV与矿用清车机的结合提供了理论依据。Mining cleaning machines are mostly dual pump or multi pump systems.When the working conditions change,it is difficult for the multi pump system to achieve composite coordinated control.The automation level of the cleaning machine is low,which will reduce the efficiency of the cleaning machine and even affect the normal operation of the whole machine.To solve the above problems,a mining cleaning machine hydraulic system based on lastdruck unabhangige durchfluss verteilung(LUDV)was proposed,which uses a single pump to provide power for the feeding and rotating systems of the cleaning machine,reduces the overall weight of the machine,and uses LUDV to achieve flow distribution of the cleaning machine.The research results indicate that the hydraulic system of the mining cleaning machine based on LUDV can achieve synchronous and coordinated control of the feeding system and the rotary system.This study provides a new direction for the design of hydraulic systems for mining cleaning machine and provides a theoretical basis for the combination of LUDV and mining machine.
