摘  要:针对白坪煤矿13111智能化综采工作面回采期间受工作面复杂地质条件、装备技术、开采条件等限制造成三角煤区段回采期间采煤机自动截割率和支架自动跟机率低、人工干预多等问题,根据工作面现场实际条件,从三角煤区段范围内的回采工艺方面开展分析研究,结合工作面设备及现场各种条件,按照原因分析、调整改进和现场实践的步骤对三角煤回采工艺及装备进行优化改进。现场应用结果表明,优化改进后的回采工艺显著提高了工作面三角煤区段回采期间的自动化开采率,工作面智能化开采水平大幅提高。In response to the limitations of complex geological conditions,equipment technology,and mining conditions during the mining of the 13111 intelligent fully mechanized mining face of Baiping coal mine,which resulted in the problems of low automatic cutting rate of the shearer and low automatic follow-up probability of the support multiple manual interventions during the triangular coal section mining period,based on the actual conditions of the working face site,analysis and research were carried out from the perspective of the mining process within the triangular coal section.Combined with the equipment of the working face and various conditions on-site,optimization and improvement of the triangular coal mining process and equipment were carried out according to the steps of cause analysis,adjustment and improvement,and on-site practice.The on-site application results show that the optimized and improved mining process has significantly increased the automation mining rate during the mining of the triangular coal section in the working face,and the level of intelligent mining in the working face has been greatly improved.
